Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in a plain brown box with a discreet shipping label. There's no branding or revealing details- just your package, sent from "LULL GIFT". 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future!

Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Orders over $150: Free Expedited Parcel (Canada & U.S.)
  • Orders over $1000: Free Xpresspost (Canada & U.S.)
  • Orders over $1500: Free Priority Courier (Canada & U.S.)

Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at the checkout before taxes.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up in person? Select either our Gastown or Cambie location during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a second email once your order is ready for pickup.

A valid piece of ID matching the Billing and/or Shipping details of your order is required for collection.

Next-Day and Same-Day Delivery (Vancouver Area)

We offer Priority Courier and Same Day Delivery options for customers within Vancouver.

Estimated Delivery Times (for orders placed before 12 PM):

  • Canada: 1 business day
  • United States: 1-3 business days
  • International: Not guaranteed

Time frames may be subject to change due to weather, mail volume, and holidays.

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff

  • Orders must be placed before 4 PM for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the following day.
  • Unless you instruct us otherwise in the notes field of your online order, same-day deliveries require a hand-off to the customer. If you request a drop-off without a signature, Honey Gifts is not responsible for any item loss or damages that may occur.

Once your package has been picked up by our courier, you will receive a tracking link for your order. 

Hotel Deliveries

We deliver to hotels within Vancouver city limits. To arrange a hotel delivery:

  • Select "Same Day Delivery" at checkout.
  • Include your hotel name and room number in the shipping address.
  • Use the order notes to specify any delivery time preferences.

If your hotel is outside the city limits, please choose Priority Courier.

Currency

All prices shown in-store and online are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your credit card provider sets the exchange rate for non-CAD cards.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed Your Mind?

We accept exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: Honey Gifts is unable to provide monetary refunds for returnable items.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:

  • Sex toys
  • Bondage items
  • Lingerie and swimwear with gussets (underwear, bodysuits, etc.)
  • Strap-ons and harnesses
  • Hosiery and bodystockings
  • Intimate and Spa items (including condoms, perfumes, candles, lubricants)
  • Costumes and masks

Any discounted or clearance items are final sale as well. 

Returnable Items (Exchange/Store Credit Only)

The following may be exchanged for a different size or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase, if:

  • The item is unworn
  • Tags are still attached
  • You have the original receipt

Eligible garments:

  • Bras
  • Garter Belts/Leg Suspenders
  • Dresses

Items that are worn, washed, marked, damaged, or carry odors (such as perfume or smoke) will not be accepted.

Defective Items

What if My Toy Doesn’t Work?

We offer defective item support for:

  • Rechargeable toys: Up to 1 year after purchase
  • Battery-operated toys: Up to 60 days after purchase

To qualify:

  • Bring or send back the toy with the original packaging and receipt
  • Our staff will test the item to confirm the issue
  • If deemed defective, we will send you a free identical replacement

Please contact us before sending anything back. Many issues can be resolved by troubleshooting first (e.g., battery placement, faulty charger).

  • If the toy is confirmed defective, Honey Gifts will cover the replacement shipping.
  • If no defect is found, customers must pay for return shipping.
