Sexual Tips and How to Use: When putting on your Hercules, the idea is to create a vacuum rather than attempting to just push it on. To do so, first, roll the sleeve inside out about 1/3 of the way down the shaft. Use about a quarter-sized drop of water-based lubricant. Squeeze the air out of the Hercules with one hand, then push the head of the penis into the opening with your other hand. Slowly release the pressure on the Hercules from the bottom up.
