Position of the Week: The Mare and the Swing

The Mare is a great opportunity for ladies to show off their pelvic floor muscles.  These muscles stretch from the pubic bone to the tailbone and if kept strong and healthy (through regular Kegel exercise), can be contracted around a penis for an extra tight fit.  Once she’s gripped him hard, a woman can lean into The Swing, the second phase of this technique, thus completing this sexy rear-entry position.

This position starts with him sitting up with his legs in front of him.  As he leans back on his hands, she kneels astride his thighs, with her back facing him, and slides onto his penis, forming The Mare.  At this point she should squeeze and relax her vaginal muscles around his penis, as she slowly moves forward, resting her hands on his thighs.  She’ll have even more control as she moves into the second phase by walking her hands down his legs and placing her hands onto the bed on either side of his calves. 

Once the position is complete, he’ll have a chance to massage her buttocks while getting a sexy view of her enclosing his penis.  Turn up the heat by having him stroke her anus or perineum with a well lubricated finger.
