If your adult sex toy malfunctions within 30 days after you purchase or receive it, simply bring or send it back to us in its original packaging, with the receipt. A. If you choose to have online purchases delivered to you, they will be mailed to you on the next business day. Q. How do I redeem a Honey gift certificate?
A. Gift certificates can be redeemed online. To redeem a gift certificate while shopping online, just key in the gift certificate code where indicated on the checkout screen. If you don’t use your entire gift certificate amount at once, not to worry. The remaining balance will be maintained online (or in-store). Simply key in the same gift certificate code during your next purchase to use some or all of the balance remaining.

Q: I forgot my username and password, what do I do?
A: If you remember what your user name is and forgot your password our system can send an automatic email to you with your password. Go to the login screen, simply enter your username and select the check box "please email me my password" and select the button underneath -- you'll receive an email automatically soon therafter. If you have forgotten both password and username, you can either open a new account (and email customer service to merge your loyalty points if you have some in the past) or you can email customer service and ask them to email you both your username and password (which we will send in two separate emails during business days on the next business day)

Q: How do I become a Rewards member and review my points I earned?
A: You must have your personal LOG-IN and Password to receive Reward Points. It's simply done by creating a customer account during or before check-out or use your existing account that you have created with us. Q. How should I care for my sex toys?
A. Although you should always check the product packaging for specific instructions, most toys can be cleaned with a wet cloth and mild anti-bacterial soap. Avoid harsh detergents.

If you're buying a silicone toy, do not combine it with silicone-based lubricants. Do not use oil-based products (e.g. massage oil) or lotion-enriched (e.g. “moisturizing”) hand soaps on toys unless they are made of hard plastic or glass.

Q. What Sales Tax is charged?
A. For Canadian orders we are located and shipping out of Vancouver, British Columbia. The tax rate within BC will be GST at 5% and PST at 7%. The tax rate for the rest of Canada will be GST at 5% (no other tax will be applied). For USA orders, there are no additional taxes added.

Q. Do you accept orders over the phone?

Q. Ordering and Shipping Confirmation?
A. A confirmation of your order will be sent to your email immediately following your order. Keep this for your reference. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number the day your order goes out.  You can also log into your account to check the status of your order and obtain your tracking number.

Q. Can I opt out of your email newsletter?

A. Approximately one month after you made a purchase at HoneyGifts, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey. A. If your address or other contact information such a email or telephone number has changed you can simply log into your account with your login name or email and make the necessary changes.

Q. How to order?

  1. Ordering online requires you to add items to your shopping cart.
  2. Once you have completed shopping, click on View Cart/Edit, verify the items and quantities to make sure everything is correct, then click on Checkout.
  3. If you have never ordered from HoneyGifts in the past, choose Create New Account or Place Order Without Account.
    If you have ordered in the past and have an account, enter your Login or Email and password.
  4. Enter the Ship To information and if the Bill To information is different you will need to fill in this area too. Click on Continue once you have filled in all the required information. BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS OR ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  5. Shipping and Payment Options:
    - Choose your shipping method from the drop down menu. (Choose Gift Certificate Shipping option ONLY if you are purchasing gift certificates. Not redeeming them. Otherwise it may cause a delay in shipping your order.)
    - Choose your payment method also from the drop down menu.
    - Info: There is an area you can put any information you would like us to know. This information is not sent to the recipient.
    - Newsletter: On this page you also choose to opt-in or out of our monthly e-newsletter.
  6. Click on Continue.
  7. Payment information: Verify all information and enter payment information at the bottom. CVD is the last three numbers on the back of your credit card. Click Continue.

  8. Print out the last page as reference and your final invoice.
